Logistic Adminstrator (m/f/d) Machine tools
We are looking for a Logistic Adminstrator (m/f/d) Machine tools in Kirchheim unter Teck. Our Customer is one of the world's leading technology and service providers in the machine tool industry with around 4,800 employees worldwide and annual sales of 1.6 billion euros.

Ihre Aufgabe
- Logistical handling and monitoring of all parts and all customer-specific assemblies required to set up our machining centers and EDM machines at the customer's site
- Timely conversion of planned orders into production orders in coordination with design, purchasing, order processing and service and Detailing of production orders at header and component level
- Monitoring of parts availability, coordination of contract manufacturers and tracking of material deliveries
- Initiation of WM provision and posting of picking feedback from the warehouse
- Coordination of parts provision with machine dispatch, service and order management and of direct deliveries in coordination with purchasing and order processing
Ihre Qualifikation
- Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on business administration and/or logistics and several years of strong professional experience in materials management, logistics, production planning and control in machine tool construction or related industries
- Experience in particular in the planning and control of production processes in the capital goods industry and in the digitization of processes with the ERP system SAP is required
- very good knowledge of the modules of the ERP system SAP MM, PP and WM (pronounced) and SD, PS (desired)
- Confident handling of Microsoft Excel and Teams and Experience in dealing with external partners of (warehouse) logistics is desirable
- At least a good command of spoken and written English
